Good stuff, it feels nice, the controls are pretty frustrating both in the directional shooting and the fact that it's forced to arrows and z... hate z for shooting.. Also I really like the art and effects, the sprites for the enemies are cute. However I think the floor sprite is pretty eh, there's a lot you could do with all that space, random grey and black grass isn't the most exciting. But of course, it's a fun game. Funny to think how long it's been since i played the other version
you have to get used to it for sure but once you figure out the strafing its fun, also im gonna end up adding control rebinding on keyboard ( sadly not for controllers ), keep in mind most stuff im trying to update as i go on

Ah, I must be thinking of some other guy, you know.. I look at a lot of games, easy to get confused (; But I know what you mean, you can get used to it but it's not ideal, especially making arrow keys work heh. Still think you should just use input... It'd be a lot easierrrr

fun little game, the essential definition of easy to learn but tricky to master.
my ending score was 430 kills with a 22035 score, having survived 13 waves. Once I had it mastered though I felt little purpose to continue playing.
I also feel like the controls would feel nicer if it was a proper twin stick shooter, but I suppose thats where the challenge comes from.
lovely game though, very juicy. managed to get the overcharge twice
